Our Van Rental Guidelines

Firstly please call us on 01268 415031 to check availability of the van type you would like to hire, from there you can pre-book the van on the telephone but must provide a valid Debit or Credit Card to secure the booking.

Then on the day of hire, the driver of the van needs to bring in the following documents:

​

• A valid photo ID – Your full driving licence card will do.

• A second form of ID that proves your current address, e.g. utility bill or bank statement.

• You will need to either provide a copy of your UK Driving Licence Endorsement Record by bring in a copy on the day of hire or visit the DVLA website to obtain a code so we can access the endorsement record ourselves. If you are unable to provide this, we can access these details ourselves, you must provide your National Insurance Number when you arrive to complete the vehicle hire agreement.

• Mileage allowance 150 miles a day free, then 10p mile + VAT thereafter.

A minimum refundable deposit of £100 is required on hire of the van. This deposit will be taken from the debit or credit card that has been provided for payment. ​
